What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
We ask that all guests arrive 15-30 minutes before the official start of the ceremony. This is to ensure everyone has ample time to take their seats outside. Please arrive no later than 4:15 pm.
What is the dress code?
Formal Garden Party - Our theme is enchanted garden.
We encourage guests to wear beautiful pastel colors and lighter or earth toned suits. Floral prints are welcome as well.
Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Both will be held at Providence Vineyard. The ceremony is outdoors amidst a grassy field, while the reception is inside the upscale barn.
Can I bring my children?
We love your children, but unfortunately this is an adults-only affair and we can only accommodate those over the age of 15. We hope that with this notice, you will be able to make arrangements and attend our wedding.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We can only accommodate those that have been formally invited. You will be able to see the names listed in your party when you RSVP online.

Is there a deadline to RSVP?
Please RSVP no later than May 9th 2025.
Do you have a gift registry?
If you would like to honor us with a gift, we will gratefully accept any monetary contribution to our future under the "Newlywed Fund." We've also included some household items on our registry.
What do I do once I arrive?
Guests that arrive early will have first choice in seating as well as the chance to make their own mix of colorful petals for the petal toss! We will have a dry petal bar set up in the hallway leading to the outdoor ceremony space. We ask those with petals to sit closer to the aisle.
What if I am late?
Once the ceremony has started, the back doors will close and guests will not be able to access the ceremony space. We ask that all guests be mindful and wait at the main entrance or right wing of the building.
What should I do if I cannot attend the wedding?
Your presence will be missed! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" online.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We will be serving guests at the main bar by the entrance as well as the outside bar on the patio. The bars will be open from 5 pm - 10 pm.
Have you reserved a hotel room block for guests?
We will not be reserving a hotel room block for guests. Please visit the "Travel" tab to view nearby hotels.
Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue if I am staying at a nearby hotel?
There is no transportation provided to and from the venue. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Is there parking available at your venue?
Providence Vineyard has a large parking lot available to our guests. We encourage guests to carpool if they can.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll be serving an assortment of hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner with a selection of three main dishes. A salad will be served with every meal, and side options will also be available. There will be many options at our dessert table, and a late-night snack will be served to guests.
Will there be options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

What is an unplugged ceremony?
We request that all guests put away their phones and cameras during our ceremony. We want to be in the moment with you! Our photographers and videographer will capture everything. Please feel free to take photos during the reception, but keep in mind any flash that could disrupt or distract.

Why is the Bride's name different?
The Bride's real name is Eunice, you may refer to her as Nicole. Please be aware that all of the staff and official stationary will refer to her as "Eunice."
